SCHEDULED ARRIVAL AND APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY

To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At BELFAST NAIL SPA, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, regardless of booking method. Cancellations or rescheduling are accommodated with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in a 100% cancellation fee and loss of the appointment. No refunds for cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Appointments made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-down gradable, and the full value is payable.
Clients arriving more than ten minutes late risk losing their appointment and incurring the full charge. Late arrivals may lead to an incomplete treatment, with the client still charged the agreed-upon full value.
Repeated no-shows and cancellations may impact future appointments.

MINORS AND STUDENTS POLICY

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.
While we welcome all students, our discounts are applicable exclusively to students under the age of 23, as individuals beyond this age range are presumed to have established careers and employment.

CONSENTS FORMS

Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.

TREATMENT BUNDLES

Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 6 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Belfast Nail Spa assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

LOST PROPERTY

Clients are advised to take care of their belongings while at BELFAST NAIL SPA, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE

Should you experience chipped nails within 10 days for gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within 10 days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final, and exchanges or refunds are not possible.

PROMOTIONS

Throughout the year, various promotional offers may be available, subject to date and time restrictions. Offers cannot be combined, and BELFAST NAIL SPA reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse treatment. Disrespect and rudeness toward BELFAST NAIL SPA staff will not be tolerated. We also retain the right to amend Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary.

Walk-ins and Appointments: We welcome both walk-in clients and those with appointments. If you find that someone who arrived after you is called in first, it is likely because they had a prior appointment. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Selecting Your Technician: If you have a preferred technician, please let us know when booking your appointment or upon arrival. If for any reason you would prefer not to be served by a specific technician, simply inform our receptionist, and we will accommodate your request
Pricing: To keep prices as affordable as possible, opting for simpler designs can help. Please note that intricate nail art requires more time and will incur additional costs.
Price List: When reviewing our price list, kindly pay close attention to the “Extra” and “Add-On” sections, particularly for services such as French tips, chrome finishes, and nail art….
Complimentary Drinks: We offer complimentary hot and soft drinks. If we are busy and happen to forget, please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like a drink.
Comfort During Service: If at any point during your service you feel uncomfortable, please notify our receptionist immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Guarantee: If your nails chip or get damaged within 10 days after the service, you can come in anytime, no appointment needed, and we’ll fix them free of charge.
